Joni Asselbergs

I discovered Vinyasa Yoga at FlowingYOGA in Leuven and soon it became a passion. Especially the athletic aspect of this yoga intrigues me. Some of the many health benefits of Vinyasa Yoga include increased flexibility, fitness and strength, as well as relaxation. Since my 200hrs foundation  and 56hrs elemental Prana Vinyasa Teacher Training ® with Nele Van Poucke, I share my passion for yoga by teaching this athletic form of yoga to all, no matter your current physical condition or experience with yoga. I adapt my yoga lessons in a creative and thoughtful way to make them challenging but keep them accessible to all. As your Prana Vinyasa teacher, I look forward to supporting you on a fun and fruitful journey to better health, strength and relaxation.
