This summer, you can discover the healing effect of practicing consistently for two weeks traditional Indian yoga. During this kind of ‘yoga retreat’, Vinita Vij will teach a traditional Indian healing practice, which helps to develop mentally, physically and spiritually. It includes sequence of postures (asanas), which links with breath (pranayama) & movement (vinyasa). The class is open to everyone, beginners also welcome.
About Vinita Vij
Vinita was always inspired by her father to do yoga and so started a Yoga practice at home with the help of her uncle and then with the help of her neighbor, who was a Yoga instructor. After a few years of practice, she decided to go through a dedicated yoga teacher training from Aadarsh Amdavad, an NGO who gives free trainings to the local people, where she lives.
During her training she has gone through extensive training on different subjects like anatomy, therapeutic yoga, pranayama and yogic philosophy.
She loves the way that her training made her feel and she would love to facilitate others in creating an inner space of peace to nourish their mind, body and soul.

You can only sign up for the 15 days so that you really discover the effect of a daily practice.
The 15-days yoga retreat will take place as of 5 registrations by July 20. If we don’t have sufficient registrations, the workshop will be cancelled and the money refunded.
